Job Description

Our client are seeking an experienced Project manager. The projects are in the value range of €5m to €10m and would suit a talented Project Manager Projects will consist of a mix of traditional 2- and 3-bedroom homes or similar, and apartments /duplex new homes . Location Based on Site Current requirement is Drogheda with future projects, usually based in Meath, Louth and North Dublin. Role description: To oversee the management of Residential Construction Projects Ensure all EHS&Q systems are adhered Manage client expectations on all contracts to ensure new and existing relationships are developed and maintained Report monthly along with project team to Directors Requirements Main Contractor/Developer is essential Degree in civil engineering, construction studies or similar is preferable . however other routes to management in similar roles would be considered A track record in delivering projects on time Excellent Information Technology skills
