Project Manager An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitiousProject Manager with strong apartment OR Residential construction experience to join a rapidly growing Irish property and construction business. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager looking to take responsibility for a challenging, large-scale residential development while continuing to develop their skills and career within a high-performing organisation. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall delivery of the project and will typically undertake the following: Ensure all works are delivered to the requiredquality, programme, health & safety and environmental standards, in full compliance with Planning Permission and Building Regulations. Prepare and deliver theProject Execution Plan, covering key project delivery parameters including procurement strategy, baseline/target programme, budget targets, compliance objectives and project risk mitigation. Take ownership of thecommercial delivery of the project, working closely with the commercial team to ensure effective cost control, value creation and optimal project returns. Manage relationships with project subcontractors and design teams, driving performance and ensuring efficient sequencing of works and information production. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key project stakeholders, including statutory authorities, project partners and local communities. Oversee thefull project lifecycle, from inception through to completion and aftersales, ensuring the quality and presentation of the finished product meets the required standards. Lead thevalue engineering and product development process, including the implementation of innovative and best-practice construction systems. Provide strong leadership and management to the project construction team, driving high performance, employee development and continuous learning. Ensure the appropriate resources are in place to support the successful delivery of the project. Establish clear standards of behaviour, responsibility and accountability across project teams. Supporttalent development and succession planning within the project team. Promote positive engagement, collaboration and a strong team culture. Implement best practice inproject controls, performance management and project reporting. Embed a proactive approach tohealth & safety and quality management. Embrace innovation, technology and improved methods of project delivery. Ensure accurate, transparentproject reporting, forecasting and performance monitoring. Skills & Qualifications Degree / Higher Diploma inEngineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent. 7+ years' post-qualification experience. Proven experience in a similar Project Manager role delivering projects of comparable scale. Strong background inlarge-scale residential, mixed-use or commercial construction, with apartment experience highly desirable. Excellent working knowledge of currentBuilding Regulations, certification requirements and construction standards. Demonstrable track record of leading and developing high-performing teams. Strongcommercial awareness and negotiation skills. Ability to achieve demanding programme, quality and delivery targets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organised, methodical and detail-oriented. Ability to build effective working relationships with people at all levels. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and use initiative. Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and manage competing deadlines. Strong sense of ownership, accountability and responsibility. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
