Job Profile: Hotel General Manager
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Hotel General Manager - Dublin. This is a multi faceted role and the ideal candidate will possess a unique combination of experience, expertise, and personal attributes. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the hotel and will play a pivotal role in achieving our business goals. Your deep connection to the local area and the ability to drive revenues through strategic initiatives will be key to your success in this role.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
Previous experience in hotel management
Proven experience in the hotel industry with a strong focus onoperations & People.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to high-stress situations.
Track record of engaging in high-level business discussions.
Successful history of driving revenues through strategic commercial management.
Stakeholder Management experience desirable
Hotel F & B experience essential
