Project Manager Laboratory / Pharmaceutical Fit-Out Ireland Full-Time | Permanent We are currently recruiting for an experiencedProject Manager to join a leading specialist contractor delivering high-value laboratory and technical fit-out projects across Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with experience inpharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, healthcare, laboratory, construction or specialist fit-out projects to take responsibility for complex projects from initial award through to successful handover. Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple projects from award through to completion and handover Develop and manage project programmes, schedules and delivery plans Coordinate site activities, subcontractors and installation teams Work closely with clients, consultants, main contractors and internal teams Monitor project progress, budgets, quality and key milestones Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to the required standards Identify project risks and proactively resolve issues throughout delivery Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle Requirements: Previous Project Management experience within construction, fit-out or a related technical environment Experience withinpharmaceutical, life sciences, laboratory, healthcare or specialist fit-out projects would be highly advantageous Strong project planning and organisational skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions-focused approach Strong commitment to health & safety, quality and successful project delivery This is an opportunity to join a growing specialist business delivering technically challenging projects across Ireland'spharmaceutical, life sciences, research, healthcare and education sectors. -Interested?
