M&E Coordinator

A leading residential developer is seeking an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality housing projects across the Greater Dublin area. Reporting to the Building Services Manager, the successful candidate will coordinate M&E services from design through to installation, commissioning, and handover, ensuring quality, programme, and compliance standards are achieved. Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor M&E installations across residential projects. Support site teams with M&E coordination and technical problem-solving. Liaise with design teams, subcontractors, utility providers, and local authorities. Oversee M&E subcontractor performance, quality, and programme delivery. Manage temporary electrical and water services. Assist with value engineering and the implementation of efficient building services solutions. Requirements Qualification in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline. 4+ years experience in a similar M&E coordination role. Residential construction experience advantageous. Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage deadlines and work independently. Salary & Package Salary circa €75,000€85,000, depending on experience. Company vehicle + fuel card 10% performance bonus Bonus, pension, health insurance, life assurance, and income protection.
