Quality Manager - Construction - Client Side

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join the investor/client-side project team for a major, complex new-build development in Dublin city. The Quality Manager will take a strategic and hands-on role in overseeing quality assurance and quality control from design development through to construction and delivery. The role will act as a key interface between the investor, consultants, contractor and wider project team, ensuring project standards and quality requirements are achieved. This is a senior role suited to a quality professional with experience working on complex, high-value construction projects, providing strong oversight of quality, compliance, technical assurance, inspections and risk. Key Responsibilities Lead the project quality management process from design through to construction. Establish and monitor quality standards, procedures and assurance processes. Coordinate with consultants, contractors and the wider project team on quality requirements. Review quality plans, inspection and test plans, method statements and key deliverables. Lead quality inspections, audits and reviews, ensuring issues are identified and resolved. Manage non-conformances, defects and corrective actions. Ensure works comply with project requirements, specifications, standards and regulations. Monitor quality risks and provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders. Maintain appropriate quality records and support project close-out. Candidates will ideally have a 3rd level qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Construction or a related discipline, with proven experience in quality management on major construction projects. The successful candidate will have experience in quality assurance/control, inspections, audits, non-conformance management and contractor coordination, together with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
