Finance Administrator

Job DescriptionAn exciting opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join an airline catering company based in the Airport Logistics Park, St. Margret's. My client is one of the leading providers of inflight services to the worlds airline customers, offering a comprehensive range of Inflight Catering, Onboard Retail and Logistics services across all of the Irish airports. Benefits Free on-site parking Free meals VHI Pension Bike to work scheme Salary: €35,000 per year The Role Assist with AP and AR tasks. Strong focus on accounts payable and supplier reconciliations. Invoice and PO matching, working closely with procurement to resolve any discrepancies. Identifying supplier invoice queries and following up with relevant team and suppliers to resolve. Reconciling credit card statements. Bank reconciliations. Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting. Assist in month end duties to include the reconciliation of all accounts linked to AP and AR. Preparing reports for accruals and prepayments. Supporting the Finance team during month end and annual financial audit through the preparation of reports and ad hoc supporting documentation. Assisting the Finance team with customer invoicing on weekly and monthly basis and following up on any overdue accounts. Accountability for A/P and GL. Ad hoc administration duties when required. Requirements 2 years experience in busy accounts department IPass, Bookkeeping or accounts technician qualifications are an advantage. Excellent English speaking and writing skills. Able to work under pressure. Excellent organizational skills and can work unsupervised.
