Job DescriptionFinishing Supervisor Finishing Supervisor with 5+ years' experience required for a Tier 1 Main Contractor to work on a residential development in South Dublin. Our client is ideally looking for a Finishing Supervisor with a strong track record delivering internal finishes on large-scale residential schemes. Responsibilities: Supervision of all finishing trades on site (plastering, drylining, joinery, decorating, flooring) Reading & interpreting drawings for layouts, materials measure etc. Management of subcontractors/finishing teams Planning works in an efficient manner to ensure programme targets are achieved Liaise with client's representatives/Design Team members as appropriate Ensure that all works are carried out to the highest Health and Safety standards. Ensure work is carried out to the highest of quality standards. Snagging and handover coordination with the client/site management team Requirements: Trade background or Construction-related qualification 5+ years' experience in a Finishing Supervisor role on residential projects Strong interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills Self-motivating to deliver on safety, quality & programme Ability to work as part of a team Full driving license Package: €70k - €80k Benefits package Travel allowance / company vehicle If you are a Finishing Supervisor considering a career move, please feel free to send your CV or contact Declan Hasson for a confidential discussion.
