Dublin Project Value: €50 Million Project Scope: 190 Apartments Contract Type: Full-time / PermanentAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead a prestigious €50m residential development in Swords, consisting of 190 high-density apartments. The project heavily utilizes reinforced concrete (RC) frames and precast concrete systems. You will hold full operational, financial, and safety responsibility for the site from groundbreaking through to handover.Key Requirements Build Experience: Proven track record managing large-scale multi-unit residential or commercial builds (€30m+). Structural Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of RC frames, precast concrete structures, and modern methods of construction (MMC). Qualifications: Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. Leadership: Minimum 5 years of experience leading full site teams and specialized sub-contractors. Tech Skills: Proficient in project programming software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and BCAR management. Key Responsibilities Deliver the 190-unit development safely, on time, and within the €50m budget. Oversee the scheduling, delivery, and installation of complex precast elements and RC works. Lead progress meetings with clients, design teams, local authorities, and stakeholders. Manage procurement, commercial variations, and supply chain logistics.
