Quality Manager Data Centre Construction Project, Dublin Location: Dublin Salary: Competitive, DOE Our client is a leading M&E engineering contractor with a strong track record of delivering large-scale, mission-critical projects across Ireland and Europe, including data centres and life sciences facilities. They are now hiring a Quality Manager for a major data centre build in Dublin. This is a key site-based role, responsible for driving quality standards across a high-profile, fast-moving project from construction through to handover. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage the Project Quality Plan in line with ISO 9001 and client requirements Manage the ITP (Inspection & Test Plan) process across mechanical, electrical and instrumentation works Lead site inspections, audits and non-conformance management (NCRs/CAPAs) Coordinate with subcontractors, the main contractor and client quality teams to ensure full compliance Manage quality documentation and handover/turnover packages for commissioning Chair quality meetings and report on KPIs Drive a right-first-time, zero-defect culture across the site team What You'll Need Degree in engineering or a related quality discipline Proven experience as a Quality Manager on large-scale M&E, construction or mission-critical projects Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems Experience managing ITPs, NCRs, audits and handover documentation Data centre, pharma or life sciences project experience a strong advantage Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills What's on Offer Competitive salary and package, DOE The chance to work on one of Ireland's most significant live data centre developments Career progression within a major engineering contractor Apply for more info
