THE ROLE: As Project Manager, you'll take responsibility for the successful delivery of a major public realm project in Tralee, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and within budget. Manage all site activities from commencement through to completion Lead project delivery in line with programme, budget and contractual requirements Oversee commercial and operational performance across the project Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, plant and materials Manage client, stakeholder and consultant relationships Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality and environmental standards Identify and manage project risks, variations and change control processes Mentor engineers and support the development of the wider project team THE PERSON: This role will suit an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in civil engineering, infrastructure or utility projects. Candidates currently working as Senior Engineers or Construction Managers looking to step up will also be considered. Background as a Project Manager, Senior Engineer or Construction Manager Experience delivering civil engineering, infrastructure, roads or public realm projects Strong commercial and contractual awareness Experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary site teams Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills Excellent programme and resource planning abilities Good understanding of health & safety and quality requirements Strong leadership and communication skills THE PACKAGE: €75,000 €90,000 DOE Company vehicle Fuel card Strong pipeline of future projects Long-term career progression opportunities Senior role with significant project ownership Supportive and growing project delivery team LOCATION: Ideally based in Kerry, Limerick, Clare or Cork, but open to candidates willing to work on a project in Tralee, Co.
