QAQC Engineer (Germany)

Job DescriptionA growing Tier 2 Main Contractor is seeking an experienced QA Engineer for a major data centre fit-out project in Germany. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering a large-scale, high-spec data centre project, with responsibility for maintaining rigorous quality standards throughout the fit-out process. Responsibilities Implement and maintain the project Quality Assurance and Quality Control systems Monitor fit-out works to ensure compliance with quality standards Carry out inspections, audits, and quality checks across site activities Review Inspection and Test Plans, Method Statements, and quality documentation Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure quality requirements are fully understood and achieved Identify, record, and manage defects and non-conformances through to close-out Maintain accurate QA records, inspection reports, and project documentation Liaise with the Project Manager, Site Management, engineers, and client representatives Assist with snagging, completion, and handover documentation Ensure works comply with relevant industry standards, project specifications, and client requirements Requirements 3+ years experience as a QA Engineer, or similar role Strong background within construction or fit-out Experience working on large-scale commercial or data centre projects Previous experience with a main contractor or specialist contractor Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, inspections, ITPs, and quality documentation Data centre experience is highly desirable Salary & Package €65k - €75k DOE €8.5k net living away allowance Private accommodation Flights Company vehicle Pension 10/4 rotation Strong career progression opportunities Exposure to high-profile, technically complex construction projects If you are a QA Engineer seeking a career change, contact Eve on or email your CV to .
