About the Role: We are seeking a Junior Site Engineer to join our team working on a new civil infrastructure project based in Kerry. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious engineering professional to develop their career while playing a key role in the successful delivery of major civil engineering projects. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of civil engineering projects to the required quality standards. Coordinate daily site activities with the Senior Site Engineer, Site Agent, Construction Manager, Site Foreman, subcontractors and suppliers. Carry out setting out, surveying, site measurements and quality inspections. Plan and coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractors to support project delivery. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental and quality (HSEQ) standards and company procedures. Assist with project planning, scheduling, progress reporting and maintaining accurate site records. Monitor productivity, material usage and plant efficiency to support cost control. Contribute to engineering innovation, continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives. Build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors and suppliers. Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction discipline. Up to 3 years' experience in a similar role. Experience on civil engineering or infrastructure projects preferred.
