CxA Mechanical Engineer

Job DescriptionOverview PM Group is a leading International engineering, architecture, project and construction management firm. With a network of offices in Europe, Asia and the US and a multi-discipline team of over 3,600+ people, we deliver complex, capital projects in the life sciences, food and beverages, mission critical/ICT, advanced manufacturing, energy and environmental sectors. Due to our ongoing success securing large-scale Data Center projects, we now have a requirement for a CxA Mechanical Engineer based on a Data Center project in Co. Dublin. Responsibilities Day to day engagement with client & contractors on site. Engagement with Design team to ensure that robust Design reviews are performed. Preparation for & supervision of all levels of Data Centre testing. Generate test scrip protocols for use by the commissioning & contractor teams. Lead commissioning team. Witness of Level 0 (FAT) to Level 3 testing Execute & deliver level 4 testing Run IST (Level 5) testing Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget Generate commissioning schedules, track, monitor & report against target Qualifications Third Level Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. Professional approach and demeanor 3-10 years' demonstrated experience in similar role Excellent verbal and written communication skills required A strong ethical approach to safety, quality and sustainable design Knowledge of applicable electrical engineering codes, standards and industry best practices Why PM Group?
