We work with Ireland’s largest organisations across a wide range of industries including financial services, healthcare industry and the public sector. Purpose-led work you’ll be part of
You’ll work as part of a team of solutions-driven and problem-solving individuals, apply your technology experience and stakeholder management, to drive forward projects and programmes from strategy to execution.
As a SAP support manager, your focus will be on providing expertise and support on implementation of SAP projects. Your responsibilities include:
Proactively assisting in the management of a portfolio of clients
Provision of PMO support to major projects/programmes
Actively support & manage test management, cutover, and other daily support activities on SAP projects
Identify key design decisions in business-led, SAP enabled digital transformations
Communicate how the technology solutions proposed can enable the digital transformation
Be actively involved in business development activities to identify and research SAP opportunities on new/existing clients
Providing guidance and expertise on the best practices of SAP methodologies & SAP S/4HANA
Support projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteria
Influence clients’ use of automation/iRPA
Train, mentor and supervise team members
Keep up to date with the latest SAP updates, enhancements and features.
Your Profile
Extensive experience in supporting S/4HANA (preferred) and SAP ECC projects
Experience in implementing, configuring and advising S/4HANA transformations
Ideally familiarity with one or more industry solutions: life science, retail, banking/insurance, telecomms, agribusiness
Experience collaborating with teams of technical consultants onshore, nearshore and offshore
