Architect / Project Architect

A prestigious, medium-sized architectural design office in Dublin is growing and seeking to recruit a Registered Architect to manage a range of residential and leisure projects through to completion. The ideal Architect will have in excess of 5 years experience, some of which must be post professional registration and proven success managing medium-scale projects successfully in line with current industry regulations. Joining a collaborative team, they are offering the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects in a purposely designed Dublin office. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee architectural projects from through to completion Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project success Ensure projects comply with industry regulations and standards Qualifications: RIAI / RIBA Registered Architect with 5 years+ architectural experience Previous project experience across residential, healthcare, educational, OR leisure developments Strong design skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A comprehensive knowledge of current industry regulations is essential Proficiency in BIM software ArchiCAD and/or Revit Proven ability to manage projects through all stages of delivery MUST hold full eligibility to work in Ireland Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary: €60k-€70k Hybrid working(2/3 days), Pension, Life assurance and many more.
