Maintenance Planner

Job DescriptionAre you an experienced Maintenance Planner looking for your next opportunity in Wexford? Our client, a well-established industrial services company, is seeking a Maintenance Planner to join their engineering team and take ownership of the site's planned maintenance function. What you will be doing: Developing and managing preventative and predictive maintenance programmes. Planning weekly, monthly and annual maintenance schedules. Coordinating statutory inspections and planned servicing. Managing the site's CMMS, ensuring maintenance records and asset information are accurate and up to date. Monitoring maintenance KPIs, equipment reliability and downtime. Coordinating contractors, engineering resources and specialist service providers. Supporting spare parts planning and asset lifecycle management. Supporting capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Identifying opportunities to improve maintenance performance and equipment reliability. What we are looking for: Relevant planning qualification. Previous experience in a Maintenance Planning or Maintenance Coordination role. Experience within manufacturing, industrial services, food processing or a similar production environment. Strong knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance. Experience using a CMMS, ideally Lemon Logic or similar. Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Health & Safety and engineering compliance. Experience with Lean, Continuous Improvement or RCM would be an advantage.
